General Terms and Conditions Super Car Sunday B.V.
International Amsterdam Motor Show (IAMS) acting under Super Car Sunday B.V.
Definitions:
- Super Car Sunday: Super Car Sunday B.V., (Chamber of Commerce 69203083), located at Zwaardklamp 10 in Huizen.
- Customer: the person purchasing one or more tickets from Super Car Sunday B.V.
- Entrance Fees: price of tickets excluding bank charges. Super Car Sunday does not charge reservation fees unless stated otherwise.
- Event: the public event in the field of cars and motorcycles.
- Location: the place where the event takes place.
- Organizer: the party committing to and being responsible for the organization of the event.
- Agreement: the respective agreement between the organizer and the customer for the paid provision of services related to an event.
- Ticket: the admission pass to an event.
These general terms and conditions apply to all services related to all events organized by Super Car Sunday.
Articles:
- When purchasing an entrance ticket, in addition to the entrance fees for the event, Super Car Sunday charges additional costs for services provided by third parties, such as banks. These costs are stated in the payment screen.
- The payment of entrance fees and other costs is made to Super Car Sunday through administrative processing with CM Tickets.
- Payment can be made in various ways, such as iDeal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.
- Once payment is received, the agreement is final and cannot be canceled, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Tickets are sent by email immediately after payment is received. It may take some time for the ticket to reach the mailbox.
- Super Car Sunday is not liable for tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels.
- In the event of event cancellation, the customer will be refunded the paid entrance fees, minus bank charges and excluding force majeure cancellations. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: epidemics or epidemic-like conditions, war, war danger and riots, terrorism threats, obstructive measures by domestic and foreign governments, death of one or more members of the Royal Family, fire, strikes, failure and damage to equipment and equipment control systems, disruption/strike of transport, flooding and extreme weather conditions, sabotage, and in general, all unforeseen circumstances both domestically and internationally, as a result of which compliance with the agreement can no longer reasonably be expected from Super Car Sunday.
- Super Car Sunday accepts no liability for the purchase and delivery of Tickets that do not take place in the official ticket shop of the event organized by Super Car Sunday, nor for agreements that, whether or not at the customer’s request, are not fully settled by Super Car Sunday and involve a third party – for example, the ticket booth at a location – whether or not directly involved. Super Car Sunday may deny access to persons who have obtained their ticket in this manner.
- Exclusive Dutch law applies to the agreement and these general terms and conditions, excluding rules of international private law regarding the applicable law. Disputes arising from the agreement and/or the general terms and conditions will initially be brought before the competent court in the district of Breda, without prejudice to the possibility of appeal or cassation.
